INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER PROTECTION POLICY


Ravi Sehgal Bespoke will fix or replace any clothing with workmanship or fitting flaws. We understand that when ordering internationally, our customers require a different type of guarantee than when having clothing tailored locally.

Our extended customer satisfaction policies for international orders are as follows:

  • You have a full month after receiving clothing to report any flaws.
  • You may have clothing altered locally for up to USD 60 per article, and we will reimburse you for the expense receipt.
  • Customers may send clothing to Ravi Sehgal Bespoke for the alterations or replacement free of charge. We will reimburse shipping costs, or if you prefer, provide a complimentary shirt in value excess of the shipping cost.
  • After good faith efforts to fix any workmanship or fitting flaw on custom clothing are unsuccessful, Ravi Sehgal Bespoke will reimburse the full purchase amount on an article of clothing.
