How do overseas orders work?

As a tailor catering to customers overseas, we offer a convenient and reliable service for those planning weddings. With extensive experience in creating custom-made wedding attire, we understand the importance of providing a seamless and stress-free experience for couples residing abroad.

Firstly, we offer virtual consultations via video calls, ensuring that distance does not hinder the design process. Through detailed discussions and sharing of ideas, I can understand the couple's vision for their wedding attire. From there, we provide expert guidance on fabric choices, styles, and measurements, ensuring a perfect fit for the big day. Additionally, I offer a wide range of high-quality fabrics sourced from reputable suppliers, allowing couples to have a diverse selection to choose from without having to physically visit my store.

Secondly, we provide a smooth and efficient communication system for easy updates and progress tracking. Through regular email or messaging exchanges, we keep the couple updated on the status of their garments, including photos of work in progress. This not only gives them peace of mind but also allows them to provide timely feedback and make any necessary adjustments. Upon completion, the garments are carefully packaged and shipped to their doorstep, ready to be worn on their special day. With my exceptional attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, I aim to make the process of obtaining wedding attire from overseas as convenient and enjoyable as possible.

Delivery information for overseas orders

It usually takes 4-6 weeks to fill an initial order for our overseas customers. We use either FedEx or DHL to deliver your order. We require full credit card details at the time of purchase. However, you will only be charged when your clothes are shipped.

FAQ About Ordering from Overseas

  • Once you have placed the order, it will take approximately two to three weeks to deliver. It all depends on the destination and complexity of the garments.

  • We use either DHL or FEDEX at our expense.

  • Ravi Sehgal Bespoke will reimburse necessary alterations or pay for return shipping for any fixes. Our goal is for you to look good and feel comfortable in your custom clothes.

    • Shipping to any US or European address by DHL or FedEx

    • Monograms on suits or shirts

    • Any silk lining selection

    • Any cuff selection

    • Any collar selection

    • Any suit style for men or women

    • Any pant, skirt, or coat style

    • Custom handmade construction from whole cloth

  • We require full credit card details at the time of purchase. However, you will only be charged the moment your clothes are shipped.

  • A simple monogram of your name is free. For a special or complicated logo, we may have to create a special block, which will cost depending on the complexity.

  • We have fabrics from all over the world. It all depends on your budget.

    We stock English, Italian and Chinese fabrics. The luxury fabric collection that we have in Bangkok can also be found in all major cities because the most prestigious mills work with global tailors. We also carry fabrics that you can't find anywhere else, because some fabric mills only supply specific tailors.

  • Yes once we have all your measurements and patterns, you can always order remotely. We are happy to hop on zoom to do a virtual consultation with our clients.

Returns & Alterations

Ravi Sehgal Bespoke will reimburse necessary alterations or pay for return shipping for any fixes. Our goal is for you to look good and feel comfortable in your custom clothes.

Customer Protection Policy

Ravi Sehgal Bespoke will fix or replace any clothing with workmanship or fitting flaws. Put simply,

  • If you’re not satisfied with the fit, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll make any reasonable adjustments free of charge.

  • If there’s any defect in our workmanship, let us know within 7 days and return the garment at our expense, and we will mend or replace it as appropriate.
