Delivery Information for Trunk Show Orders

It will take 4 to 6 weeks to fill an order for our Trunk Show customers when we take orders during our visit. But if you are our old customer and place an order via email, then delivery will take 2 to 3 weeks.

We use either FedEx or UPS to deliver your order. We require full credit card details at the time of purchase. However, you will only be charged the moment your clothes are shipped.

Returns & Alterations

Ravi Sehgal Bespoke will reimburse necessary alterations or pay for return shipping for any fixes. Our goal is for you to look good and feel comfortable in your custom clothes.

Customer Protection Policy

Ravi Sehgal Bespoke will fix or replace any clothing with workmanship or fitting flaws. Put simply,

  • If you’re not satisfied with the fit, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll make any reasonable adjustments free of charge.

  • If there’s any defect in our workmanship, let us know within 7 days and return the garment at our expense, and we will mend or replace it as appropriate.

Our goal is to craft clothes that feel and look great. If you need to bring something to our attention, please contact us right away.

    Our Trunk Show Dates

  • Our appointment blocks for Trunk Shows are usually an hour for new clients This allows enough time for a proper measurement and for you to look at and discuss fabrics from our sample books.

  • Yes. We will have a comprehensive selection of fabrics that are relevant to the climate of the city we are visiting.

  • We offer two options. One is a full canvas suit where no glue is used. There are not very many tailors in Bangkok using this method as it requires more skill and time.

    Second is the ‘half canvas’ option where glued is used.

  • The fabric and all the details are sent to our master cutter in our own workshop who then drafts a pattern and stitches the suit. We have a team of ten professionals who work together to create perfect bespoke clothes.

    • Any silk lining selection

    • Any cuff selection

    • Any collar selection

    • Custom handmade construction from whole cloth

  • A simple monogram of your name is free. For a special or complicated logo, we may have to create a special block, which will cost depending on the complexity.

  • We always offer the best possible price to our clients. Regarding discounts we have to go by case to case depending on your order quantity.

  • We have fabrics from all over the world. It all depends on your budget.

    We stock English, Italian, and Chinese fabrics. The luxury fabric collection that we have in Bangkok can also be found in all major cities because the most prestigious mills work with global tailors. We also carry fabrics that you can't find anywhere else because some fabric mills only supply specific tailors.

  • Yes once we have all your measurements and patterns, you can always order remotely. We are happy to hop on zoom to do a virtual consultation with our clients.
